Auditing Classes
Persons who audit classes receive an AU grade, and do not receive university credit. Auditors pay the same fees as if enrolled in the class for credit. In classes where demand exceeds space, auditors will not be approved.
To enroll in a class on an “Audit” basis, first enroll on a forcredit basis through e-SAILOR. Then obtain an Audit Grading Form from the department office or the Contra Costa Campus Academic Services Lobby. On the form, obtain the permission of the instructor and the department stamp, then submit the form to the Student Information Lobby, first floor Warren Hall, no later than the end of the Add/Drop Period.
